In the hands of competently trained asset inspectors, LSE-Patrol has the capacity to capture data and analyse complex overhead line structures covering up to 90% of the configurations in a normal network - in full conformance and compliance with AS/NZS 4676. The remainder of complex assets can be modelled in LSE-Excel.

LSE-Patrol uses a hand held PDA field-based data system that captures asset structure and attribute information from the field. This data in turn can be used by the other components of the BEST system to evaluate the serviceability index and residual strength of a structure.

Note: The information captured by LSE-Patrol should be the only data required for redesigning and refurbishment works. Only one site visit is required!
